This week it is...workout routines

From gym classes to online videos, the best thing about workouts is that while you’re working out, you’re also having fun as high movement boosts your endorphins. So keep smiling while keeping fit. Workouts can be done anywhere, as long as you have a mobile device that lets you watch youtube videos. Also, you have so much choice as you what kind of workout you want to do, from high cardio Zumba to high intensity ab workouts. You can inco-operate weights as well for that extra burn. Keep reading for information on the different types of works, best video channels and the workout playlist…

Different Types of Workouts

You want to give working out ago but are unsure where to start. Well here are the main workout types and how they’ll benefit you!

Legs, Bums and Tums – does what it says on the tin, perfect for these problem areas.

Zumba – my personal favourite as the tunes are great and your body rocks out, have fun while getting fit.

Body Pump – grab the weights for this one. Although quite hardcore, the payment after is amazing.

Dance – a classic for a reason, learn a routine while working out.

Ab Attack – get that post-summer body.

Best Workout Videos and Channels to Check Out

Fitness Blender – they do a great mix of beginner, advanced and expert routines which you can easily mix and match. The sound tracks to their videos are not great though, so it is best to have your own music on in the background.

OneHowto – they have some awesome Zumba videos! Check out for high cardio intensity.

POPSUGAR – get good abs and toned muscles with this channel.

The Workout Playlist (aka my favourite part):
