We’re all so close to the end of term, and you’re definitely not the only one counting down the days to be able to relax a bit from the pressures of exams and deadlines. It’s time to get in the festive spirit, so we’ve got some Christmassy Cocktails (and mocktails!) - perfect to accompany a Christmas movie night or to catch up with friends.

Chocolate Orange Martini

Nothing screams Christmas more than a Terry’s Chocolate Orange, and this cocktail nails the flavour to a T! If you have a cocktail shaker then use that, but alternatively a water bottle or protein shaker filled with ice will work just as well too! The ingredients are as follows:

Serves 1

60ml Chocolate Baileys

25ml Cointreau

25ml Vanilla Vodka

Chocolate Sauce

Simply measure out and put into your shaker with ice, shake and then strain into your glass. You could even make them look really professional and decorate the glass with a swirl of chocolate sauce and a segment of chocolate orange for all of your friends and family to enjoy (like the picture below!)

Rudolph’s Sparkle

Putting a festive spin on the Bellini, Rudolph’s Sparkle would also be perfect for those who love a Cosmopolitan. They’re super easy and simple to make, so ideal for your Christmas Day drinks!

Serves 1

Prosecco

Cranberry juice

Edible glitter or orange to garnish

Fill the glass 2/3 with Prosecco and top up with cranberry juice. To make them extra festive dust with some edible glitter or a slice of orange!

Santa’s Spritz

A non-alcoholic option for those of you who want to get into the festivities without the hangover, or even if you just fancy something really quick to make without the need for extra equipment.

Serves 1

50ml Cranberry Juice

50ml Smooth Orange Juice

Sprite or Lemonade to top up

Measure out the Orange and cranberry juice into a glass with ice to chill- fill the glass with sprite and you’re done!
